Please note:

• Unpack the product immediately upon receipt; otherwise, stains that are difficult to remove may occur due to moisture between the packaging and the product.
• Clean the element once a year with clean tap water and a mild detergent. Do not use a high-pressure cleaner or a scouring pad, as these will damage the coating.
• Place the element on a level and solid surface.
• The pH value of the water should ideally be neutral (7) so that it does not attack the material.
• Green waste entering the water table can clog the pump. However, it can be easily opened and cleaned. If necessary, you can also insert a filter between the pump and the fountain.
• The warranty is void in the event of improper drilling or sanding.

Operation during winter:

• Lower the water level to at least 10 cm below the rim.
• We recommend using an ice preventer (available at any DIY store or garden centre).
• Always pull the plug from the socket during frost.
• If the stated conditions are met, the pump can remain in the water. However, you can also remove the pump from the water and store it in a frost-free place over winter.
