Description
Terrapon is the ideal way to begin the gardening season. The pre-fertilised substrate releases nutrients steadily over 6 to 8 months, helping flowering plants stay healthy over time. Its high drainage capacity prevents root rot and ensures potted plants are well protected, even in fluctuating weather conditions.
Application:
- Prepare the drainage: First, add the substrate as a drainage layer to the separating soil so that the water transport works perfectly.
- Create a base: Fill with a thin layer of a chosen substrate until the ideal planting height is reached.
- Planting: Simply place the plant in the container - you don't have to completely remove the old soil from the roots.
- Filling: Fill the container with substrate (the easiest way to do this is with the practical PON tray).
- Growing phase (first 12 weeks): During this time, water the plant as usual from above directly onto the substrate.
- Control the water supply: Make sure you only water moderately at first so that the water reservoir remains empty for the time being.
