Use & care
Carbon steel is less resistant to corrosion than stainless steel, so never store the knife while damp and do not clean it in the dishwasher. Dry the blade thoroughly after use and wipe it regularly with a lightly oiled cloth.

The blade takes a very sharp edge, retains it well and is straightforward to resharpen. The varnished French beech-wood handle helps resist dirt and moisture, while the patented Virobloc® safety ring keeps the blade securely locked during use and when carried.
