The accessory for the pasta machine or kneading machine "Pasta Fresca" is a high-quality attachment for the production of Trenette.
Trenette are a square pasta format with a width of 3.5 mm. The recommended thickness of the dough sheet is knob position 6 on the pasta machine.

The aluminium rollers have a very slightly roughened surface, the noodles become slightly porous so that the prepared sauces adhere much better.
