The pappardelle, also called wide ribbon noodles, have a flat pasta format with a diameter of 50 mm. The recommended thickness of the dough sheet is knob position 6 on the pasta machine.
To be on the safe side, you should only use it by hand, not with the Pastadrive motor.

• The aluminium rollers are anodised, so no particles can be released even after countless uses

Maintenance:
Easy cleaning thanks to removable combs. Clean with a cloth or brush. Do not put in the dishwasher.
