Maintenance:
Do not wash in the dishwasher. Only clean it dry.
If you wash the pan anyway, please do not use detergent and then rub it dry with a piece of kitchen paper, for example. Otherwise, dry briefly on the heating plate and then lightly grease with cooking oil.
