The large ring-shaped plate made of 4 m thick steel heats up evenly and the generous surface area offers enough room to grill for a large number of people at the same time. The extending edge creates different heat zones for indirect as well as direct grilling. The separately available grate attachment enables grilling on an open fire as well as cooking in a pan, wok or Dutch oven.

Tip: The grill plate should be seasoned before using it for the first time. To season it, heat it up and brush it with a cooking oil that can withstand high temperatures. The seasoning process is complete once it is covered with a dark coating. The surface is now sealed and protected from rust. Repeat the seasoning process regularly to keep it rust-free and enjoy it for a long time.
