Description
This tart mould is made of steel and is thicker than most other cake tins with a 0.6 mm thickness. This makes it particularly robust. Plus, the effective, ceramic-reinforced non-stick coating is particularly resistant to residues left by caramelised sugar and burnt jam.
It can withstand temperatures up to 250°C and is ideal for baking cakes, tarts and pies. The fluted edge leaves a pretty pattern on the finished delicacies. Made in France.
