The surface does not flake and it is robust enough for outdoor use. It has a drainage hole on the bottom with a screw cap which can be taken off before outdoor use. It is made from a light and robust fibreglass composite material, which is covered with an approx. 2mm thick gel coating. Thanks to the high-quality gel coating, the planter is impact-resistant, scratch-resistant, UV-stable and weatherproof. It also remains impermeable to water for years.
