The Brigade Ultimate XL by Spring takes frying to a whole new level. At the heart of this pan is the tried-and-tested 5 multi-layer material with a triple aluminium core, which distributes heat quickly and evenly right to the edge. This means you can cook everything from wafer-thin crêpes to crispy steaks to perfection.

The stainless steel surface is so robust that it develops a natural non-stick effect and even allows you to use metal kitchen utensils. The ergonomic handle is watertight and permanently welded to the pan body, providing maximum stability and safety. After cooking, the Brigade Ultimate XL makes it particularly easy for you: it is completely dishwasher-safe and optimised for all hob types, including induction.

Note:

• Only heat the empty pan until the frying temperature of 180 ºC is reached.
• Overheating at more than 250 °C can damage or even destroy the non-stick coating.
• For induction, only use 2⁄3 of the specified maximum power.
• Then add a little high-heat oil as required.
• The pan has a slight inner bulge on the base when it is cold. As soon as it gets warm, this bulge disappears.
