Note:

• Only heat the empty pan until a frying temperature of 180 ºC is reached.
• Overheating at more than 250 °C can damage or even destroy the non-stick coating.
• For induction, only use 2⁄3 of the specified maximum power.
• Add a little high-heat oil as required.
• The pan has a slight inner bulge on the base when it is cold. As soon as it warms, this bulge will disappear.
• It is best to clean the pan by hand, not in the dishwasher. Do not use hard plastic sponges, steel wool, cleaning pads or scouring agents.
• Only use kitchen utensils made of silicone or soft plastic.
