Notes & Care Tips:

Serving Casserole Dish:

• For normal cleaning: use detergent
• For coarse dirt, lime and/or discolouration: use a chrome steel cleaner
• Scouring detergents and dishwashers can damage the pot surface
• Dishwasher safe, wash by hand is recommended
• Never remove residues with sharp objects (scratch marks)

Concrete insulating bowl:

• Not heat resistant
• Not suitable for the oven
• Do not pour hot or warm food in the concrete bowl
• Use only dry cold foods
• No use of vinegar and oil
• No intensive colouring and/or sour foods
• Material is fragile
• The protective cushions on the bottom of the concrete bowl prevent any scratch marks on the ground
• To clean the concrete surface, use a cloth soaked in warm water - if necessary with the addition of a commercial detergent
• Never use a chemically aggressive detergent
• The concrete bowl is not dishwasher-safe
