Design

Brew Technology

Pour-Over
Open the valve, pour hot water over the coffee powder in the filter and enjoy the elegant flavour. With this method, you can enjoy the purest flavour of the coffee beans used.

Immersion
Let the ground coffee steep in the water for three minutes and then open the valve to enjoy strong coffee with a full body.

Cold Drip
Add ground coffee to the Cool Drip, pour cold water into the ceramic filter, set the drip flow, and enjoy the finest cold drip coffee. Coffee prepared in this fashion has a sweet and mild flavour.

Features

Precision Valve
The precision valve is a highlight and allows you to define the flavour you want. For the Pour Over, leave the valve open, close it for immersion coffee, and set it to the lowest level for Cold Drip coffee.

Smart Scale

The integrated Smart Scale is connected to the GINA app, which helps you find the perfect balance between coffee, water and brewing time and allows you to control the GINA coffeemaker via your smartphone.

The GINA app

The GINA app runs on smartphones with IOS and Android operating systems and helps you to brew your perfect coffee, to program your machine to your individual needs and to discover recipes created by other users. In addition, you can also share your own recipes with others.
