The innovative core features five different, extra-sharp blade inserts—slices, wavy slices, coarse gratings, and fine and coarse julienne cuts.
Simply click the desired insert into the drum, start turning the crank, and you immediately get wonderfully uniform results. The non-slip vacuum suction base ensures a secure stand while cranking. The tall base allows you to place even higher bowls directly underneath. A plunger is included for safely pushing ingredients through.
