Thanks to the excellent "Delight" ceramic material developed by Emile Henry, heat is evenly distributed in the pot so that your cheese or chocolate melts evenly without burning. The pot can be used on all heat sources including induction hobs. The stand is included in the scope of delivery. The long, hollow handle stays pleasantly cool and can be safely handled.
