Cleaning and care:
Clean the board by hand with warm water and a little washing-up liquid. Dry it thoroughly with a cloth and leave it standing upright to dry out completely. Regularly treating the board with rapeseed oil, sunflower oil or a special wood care oil will prevent stains, odours and cracking.
