The Brigade Ultimate XL by Spring takes frying to a new level. At its core is a proven 5-layer construction with a triple aluminium core that distributes heat quickly and evenly across the entire surface, right to the edge. This allows you to prepare everything from delicate crêpes to perfectly seared steaks with consistent results.

The stainless steel surface is highly durable and develops a natural non-stick effect, making it suitable for use with metal utensils. The ergonomic handle is securely welded to the body of the pan, ensuring stability and safe handling. After cooking, cleaning is straightforward, as the Brigade Ultimate XL is fully dishwasher-safe and suitable for all hob types, including induction.

Note:

• Only heat the empty pan until a frying temperature of 180 ºC is reached.
• Overheating at more than 250 °C can damage or even destroy the non-stick coating.
• For induction, only use 2⁄3 of the specified maximum power.
• Add a little high-heat oil as required.
• The pan has a slight inner bulge on the base when it is cold. As soon as it warms, this bulge disappears.
