The natural patina
Prima Terra consciously relies on environmentally friendly processing. Instead of using aggressive chemicals, Prima Terra treats the steel sheets with normal table vinegar in order to achieve the desired patina. In this process, the rusting process is only started - the even layer of rust only develops over time due to the effects of the weather (humidity, rain). The lifetime of this raised bed is 10-15 years. Using chemical fertilisers can shorten this.
Note: Rust can cause discolouration of clothes.
