Description
The optimal pot for the simple cooking of milk and puddings, as well as the preparation of roux.
The term "3-ply" stands for "3 layers" of which the cookware consists: Inside is stainless steel (18/10), outside chrome steel (18/0) with a magnetic effect (which is a guarantee for an optimal cooking result on induction cookers ) and in between an aluminium layer is provided which allows rapid heat conduction. The heat is distributed directly and evenly from the base to the edge.
