Maintenance:
The caquelon is dishwasher safe, but we recommend cleaning by hand.
It is best to leave the caquelon filled with cold water for a while after use so that you can later remove the cheese residues more easily. Then clean with a mild detergent and a gentle sponge and dry well to avoid rust.
