Description
Lock in heat effectively and give dishes a beautiful smoky aroma. This double-walled, insulated door turns the oven into the ideal environment for baking, hot smoking or slow roasting. Made from robust ceramic-coated 304 stainless steel and finished with an elegant acacia wood handle, it features cut-outs for meat probes and helps maximise heat retention. Temperature, steam and smoke levels can be adjusted easily to suit each recipe.
Note:
- The door may only be used when the gas burner is switched off or with wood embers only, and is compatible exclusively with the standard second-generation oven model.
