This refreshing and rare tea variety is composed of high-quality sencha from the spring harvest and yuzu, a Japanese citrus fruit. While yuzu adds a complex citrus flavour and floral aroma, sencha rounds out the composition with refreshing notes. The bright, jade green cup colour invites you to enjoy the fine summer tea and is the perfect tea for every green tea lover.
Preparation:
- Hot tea: For 1 cup, pour 200 ml hot water (water temperature 80°C) over 3 g or 2 teaspoons of tea. Steeping time: 1-3 minutes.
- Cold brew: Stir 1 g or about 1 tsp tea into 300 ml water. Steeping time in the fridge: 2 hours.
