Bread&Cake's patented baking channel is the secret of this shape. Fill it with water before baking and ensure even evaporation in the oven, creating a moisture shield around the baked goods. This bread will build up a wonderfully crispy crust. This not only keeps bread fresh for a long time, but is also full of flavour and ingredients.
