Stuff Design Santoku Knife - Pakka Wood Handle 17 cm

This Santoku knife is ideal for chopping fish, meat and vegetables. Due to its wooden handle, it is also comfortable to hold and thus makes kitchen work easier. Vg-10 Damascus steel and 67 layers of stainless steel with carbon content were used for the production. The centre of the blade has a Rockwell hardness of 58 - 60, which ensures that the knife is extremely robust. The design combines the old art of knife making with modern and minimalist Scandinavian design.
