Returns From United States
The cost of returns from United States are incurred by the customer. Please send the return package to:

We kindly ask that the cancellation form or note with your details (name, address and order number) and the reason for return are placed into the package.
Products Eligible for Return
You can return the received merchandise within 14 days. In addition, we will give you an extra 16 days to return the merchandise. Thus, you have a total of 30 days to return your goods to our warehouse.
The products must be returned in their original packaging, without having any traces of being used or opened. Please ensure that the items are securely packaged in order to prevent any transport damage from occurring.
Please state the reason for returning the merchandise ( return form ) and include your name, address and order number.

As soon as the return package reaches our warehouse - given the 30-day return period is upheld - the payment will be refunded. Alternatively, we would be happy to issue a store voucher for the payment in question. The following payment options will be credited with the payment corresponding to the returned goods:
- Cash in Advance: Bank account - Please ensure that we are provided with your banking details (IBAN and BIC codes).
- Paypal: Transferred to your Paypal account.
- Sofort Transfer: Bank account - Please ensure that we are provided with your banking details (IBAN and BIC codes).
- Credit Card: Transferred to your credit card.
- RatePay Invoice/Direct Debit: Bank account transfer.
- Cash on Delivery: Refund made once the paid items have been returned to our warehouse and processed. Please ensure that we are provided with your banking details (IBAN and BIC codes).
